Warm spices, sweet nuts and a smooth smoky finish - this unique coffee is weathered by India's monsoons giving it a distinctive mellow earthiness.
 
Exposure to the monsoons of India's Malabar coastline result in the bean swelling in size and becoming pale in colour.  The high levels of humidity followed by the drying process results in the beans unique character with an almost neutrel acidity.
