Bean - Ethiopian Limu
Origin - Ethiopia
It is believed that coffee was first discovered in 850AD by a goat herder named Kaldi who grew ever curious of his wildly dancing goats after they had eaten the fruit from the trees. He presented the raw beans to a monk who dismissed them and threw them into the fire, from which came the enticing aroma of freshly roasted coffee, or 'Kaffa' as it was then known.
Today this premium gourmet coffee is enjoyed strong and dark with a deliciously smooth, slightly floral and winey, with a mocha aroma.
